| Required Documents | 1. A valid municipal license. 2. An operating license or lease agreement if the warehouse is located within an industrial city under the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), an economic city, or the jurisdiction of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. 3. A lease agreement with the licensed warehouse operator if the investor rents a designated space within an existing warehouse. 4. A logistics services license issued by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services if the activity registered in the Commercial Registration and municipal license is classified as logistics services. |

| Service Conditions | 1- Submit an application for a food warehouse license through the **Ghad System** and pay the applicable fees. 2- A valid Commercial Registration (CR) that includes one or more of the following activities: * Refrigerated food storage facilities — ISIC Code: **521021** * Frozen food storage facilities — ISIC Code: **521091** * Dry food storage facilities — ISIC Code: **521098** * Food and beverage distribution centers — ISIC Code: **463077** * Food packaging and packing activities — ISIC Code: **829204** * Logistics services — ISIC Code: **522931** 3- A municipal license for warehouses located outside industrial cities, or an operating license if the warehouse is located within **MODON**, an economic city, or the jurisdiction of the Royal Commission. 4- If the client rents a designated space within a licensed warehouse, an agreement with the warehouse operator must be submitted. The agreement must specify the allocated area, the types of food products, and the responsibilities related to transportation, receipt, delivery, disposal, and maintenance. The tenant must also obtain a separate activity operating license before commencing any storage operations. 5- Government Fees: -Registration and licensing of a food storage warehouse or distribution center: SAR 1,000. Inspection fees: * One year: Warehouse floor area × SAR 0.60. * Two years: Warehouse floor area × SAR 1.20. * Three years: Warehouse floor area × SAR 1.80 |
