Cancellation of Sub-commercial Registration for Foreign / Gulf Company Branch

1- A statement confirming the absence of licenses or the cancellation of licenses for activities that require a license prior to issuance must be submitted.

2- A certified letter from the company manager or a power of attorney must be submitted. If the power of attorney or authorization is from abroad, it must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi embassy, along with their translation from an accredited office.
