Makkah Entry Permit – Establishments

1- Copy of Iqama for residents
2- Employment contract for all parties on the company letterhead, including all terms and agreements, with a detailed list of employees requesting the permit and their job roles, clearly stating their work within Makkah (in Arabic)
3- Copies of valid commercial registrations for all parties, issued from Makkah
4- Attach Transport Authority permit from the Holy Capital and approval from the Ministry of Hajj for taxi drivers and bus drivers
5- Proof of the resident’s work within Makkah.
6- A letter issued by the contracting entity including a detailed list of permit applicants
7- Lease contract issued from the Ejar platform
