Updating Commercial Registry Data for A sole Proprietorship

1- The commercial register must be active.

2- The branch manager must not be a government employee, and must not be less than 18 years old.

3- A valid license is required if an activity is added that requires a license prior to issuance.

4- Submit a license cancellation statement if an activity requiring a license is removed before issuance.

5- The foreign institution must have a valid investment license for a period of no less than (90) days.

6- Verify the following if the association is a cooperative or charitable organization: – The association's registration certificate with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. – The applicant must have a power of attorney or authorization from the association's board.

7- Verify the following if the foundation is an endowment: – The existence of the endowment deed. – The existence of a legal power of attorney from the donor, the endowment supervisor, or the supervisory board.
